Trading in Industrial Second Hand Goods Rural Metal Traders (RMT) specialises in buying and selling industrial steel, HDPE (poly products) & end of life energy and mining equipment. The primary purpose is to supply the rural and farming sector with these repurposed products. RMT actively source products to service the requirements of our customers.
The business was established in 2008 initially to conduct regional scrap steel clean ups, however as time progressed the business understood that there was a growing demand for more cost effective solutions from our customers. As a result RMT is now established as a business in both sourcing and resale of a variety of products to our trusted clients.
When dealing with RMT, you will be dealing with the owners. We understand the complexity of distance and the challenges that go with supplying products and services to the bush. Our clients extend from the Kimberley in WA to Western Victoria (and all places in between).
Rural Metal Traders own and operate a variety of specialised transport equipment designed to deliver our products. These include, but are not limited to Container Swing lift side loaders, Super tilt semi-trailers, High Volume Scrap Tippers & up to Triple Road Train capability.
